Bar Manager

Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience
Lead, train, and supervise spa staff
Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Ensure high- quality service standards and customer satisfaction
Manage and oversee all spa operations, including treatments, reception, and retail

Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bar operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurants is preferred.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage trends.
