BARTENDER SUPERVISOR (Nam)

Check equipment, report mantenance to repaired when necessary
Take orders, make drinks according to customer&039;s requests
Improve and expend menus and recipes to improve product quality
Professional training for employees
Assume other duties as assigned by Manager.
Prepare raw materials, check inventory goods, import goods, and handle raw materials properly
Manage and ensure customer service processes
Make daily reports according to regulations.
Clean tools and ensure the work area is always clean and tidy
Coordinate with other departments and restaurants for complete service.
Ensure all product quality

Honesty, agility, sense of responsibility and good discipline.
English communication skills
Problem solving, ability to handle issues when crisis situation arise
Minimum 1 year work experience as Bartender Supervisor or 2 years as Captain.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
