BD Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with the Business Development Manager and internal teams during client engagement processes.
Support in identifying, researching and building a database of potential clients (brands, agencies, corporations, KOLs/KOCs, etc.).
Participate in meetings and client presentations (if any) to gain hands- on experience in real business development workflows.
Assist in updating and managing the customer database.
Collect and analyze information on market trends, competitors and developments in the Event – Branding – Production industries.
Update lead information and client interaction activities on the CRM/system.
Assist in tracking the sales pipeline and preparing weekly/monthly work reports.
Support in preparing proposals, quotations, company profiles and pitching materials for clients.
Perform other supporting tasks as assigned by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Final- year students or fresh graduates majoring in Business, Communications, Event Management or related fields.
Good communication skills, proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Business Development / Sales / Account.
Ability to conduct research, synthesize information, and work with data.
Proficient in office tools such as Google Docs, Sheets and PowerPoint.
