As a Bell Attendant, you are the first and last impression of the guest’s journey. With a gracious and attentive approach, you welcome guests, assist with luggage, provide guidance around the hotel and destination, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures. You represent the heart of Fairmont’s luxury service culture with a sincere commitment to creating personalized guest experiences.
Guest Arrival & Departure
• Coordinate with valet personnel for parking service as required
• Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Coordinate transportation arrangements (taxis, shuttles, private cars) upon request
• Assist with luggage handling, including unloading, tagging, storing, and delivering to guest rooms
Guest Service & Communication
• Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms or office areas
• Provide accurate directions and information about the hotel services, and nearby attractions
• Assist with group arrivals and departures, luggage coordination, and room drops
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
Lobby & Luggage Area Management
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk, lobby, and luggage storage areas
• Monitor guest movements to anticipate needs, such as offering luggage assistance
• Record and tag luggage for storage, ensuring secure handling and proper tracking
Teamwork & Coordination
• Support Lobby Ambassador, Doorman, or Concierge functions as needed during busy periods
• Participate in briefings and assist with emergency procedures when required
• Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Relations to support seamless operations

Knowledge and Experience
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Front Office
• Flexible working shifts, weekends, overnight, and holidays as required
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred
• Good in English
