- When customer checks in, their baggage will be carried to the room. When customer checks out, baggage will be carried safely from the room to the front door.
- Identify and tag all baggage correctly; All Bell service personnel are also required to manage the customer&039;s baggage in accordance with the department&039;s procedures.
- Accurately records and manages the services provided by Bell service staff.
- Advise the bell service staff if necessary in accordance with hotel regulations and procedures.
- Listen and understand customer requests and inquiries, and speak in a positive and clear voice. If necessary, a guide to each office&039;s opening hours and a guide to the area surrounding the hotel will be provided.
- When directing employees to work, they should always be done in a clear and efficient manner, written or verbally. Assign and direct detailed work to the general staff. Supervise and improve on performance.
- Work collaboratively with the front desk, parking service, doors and concierge staff to ensure that the baggage is delivered exactly as you wish.
- Participate in departmental monthly meetings to discuss the results of the department&039;s operations and share information. Suggest improvements by focusing on improving service to customers and employees.
- If necessary, perform any other related task.
- Provide customers with flowers, newspapers, balloons and special message delivery services.
- If there is a new employee, one plays a role as a mentor to learn the department&039;s work for new employees.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2- year college or above
- Communication Skills, English preferred
- Understanding of the hotel products and operation process
- At least 4 years experience in bell service
