- Assist in the transfer of customer baggage in the hotel on request
- Support work in the absence of related employees in the same space (front, door, concierge, etc.)
- Patrol the main lobby and driveways to remove garbage and suspicious items
- Provide customer convenience by checking and storing baggage when customers depart or arrive

- 2- year college or above
- Understanding of the hotel products and operation process
- Communication Skills, English preferred
