Bellman cum Driver

Bellman Duties (80%):
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with front desk and other departments to meet guest needs.
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Assist guests with handling luggage and escort them to their rooms.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
Driver Duties (20%):
Safely drive the General Manager to and from meetings, appointments, airport, and other destinations as required.
Follow all traffic laws and ensure punctuality and professionalism during trips.
Assist the General Manager with luggage when necessary.
Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management.
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle assigned to the General Manager.

Good attitude and willingness to learn
Have B2 driver&039;s license
At least 02 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of local roads and routes.
Basic communication skills in English
High School or Vocational Certificate in Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Customer Service experience
