[Bình Định] - Factory Manager - Heavy Industry

Job Purpose:
The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production operations to ensure safety, efficiency, quality, and cost- effectiveness. This position plays a key role in managing large- scale manufacturing activities and leading a team toward operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day- to- day factory operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
Lead and supervise production teams, maintenance, and supporting departments to ensure smooth coordination.
Monitor performance indicators (efficiency, quality, downtime, safety) and develop action plans for improvement.
Coordinate with other departments (planning, logistics, quality, engineering) to ensure alignment across operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Control production costs, manage budgets, and ensure effective use of resources.
Optimize production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
