- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest history and preferences in the system
- Escort guests during check- in/check- out and introduce hotel facilities
- Prepare amenities and arrangements for VIPs, special occasions, and repeat guests
- Act as the main point of contact for guest relations and special requests
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Welcome VIP and regular guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience
- Ensure all services meet 5- star hospitality standards and brand guidelines
- Support promotional activities, events, and in- house guest engagement
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively anticipate guest needs
Yêu cầu công việc
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong problem- solving skills with a guest- oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and confident, friendly demeanor
- Fluent in English; additional languages are highly advantageous
- Passion for delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in guest relations or front office in 4–5 star hotels preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
