- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvement strategies
- Resolve complex guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain service excellence
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
- Supervise daily operations of the Guest Relations (Blue Guide) team
- Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and important guest interactions
- Support management in achieving guest experience and service KPIs
- Prepare reports on guest satisfaction, incidents, and team performance
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines
- Ensure all guests receive personalized, high- quality 5- star service
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and team management skills
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong problem- solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Professional appearance with a confident and service- oriented attitude
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office
