Spa Operations & Guest Experience
• Ensure all spa services are delivered in accordance with approved treatment protocols and brand standards.
• Monitor service quality and ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
• Supervise daily operations of BLUE Spa to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and service- oriented manner.
Team Supervision & Development
• Ensure staff grooming, conduct, and professionalism meet brand standards.
• Provide on- the- job training, coaching, and performance feedback to spa team members.
• Supervise spa therapists, receptionists, and attendants during shifts.
• Support staff scheduling and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
Sales, Revenue & Administration
• Prepare operational reports as required by management.
• Support spa revenue targets through service and product upselling.
• Assist in inventory control of spa products, linen, and supplies.
• Monitor daily sales, bookings, and utilization of treatment rooms.
Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
• Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of treatment rooms, spa facilities, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to spa SOPs, health standards, and hotel policies.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Coordination & Support
• Assist the Spa Manager with special promotions, events, and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering for seamless spa operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operations.
• Strong organizational and problem- solving skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Good sales awareness and ability to upsell services and products.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spa operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of TUI BLUE or international spa standards is an advantage.
• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Wellness, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Experience in a 4–5 star hotel or luxury spa environment is required.
