We are seeking a BCBA who:
- Brings significant experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, typically 3–5 years or more, with

transition from clinic- based models into an integrated educational environment.
- Communicates professionally and collaboratively with teachers, therapists, administrators,
and families, while upholding ethical standards and organizational policies.
- Is comfortable working on- site and contributing to a safe, structured, and supportive
therapeutic environment aligned with the mission and vision of Vin Nexus Center.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and design individualized Behavior
Intervention Plans (BIP) tailored to each learner’s profile.
- Design and oversee individual and group- based ABA programs, supervising implementation
by RBTs and teaching assistants.
- Analyze behavioral data to monitor progress, refine interventions, and report outcomes to
families, educators, and leadership.
- Train, coach, and supervise RBTs and teaching assistants in ABA strategies, data collection,
and behavior support practices.
- Collaborate closely with the academic team to integrate behavioral goals into classroom
environments, ensuring students experience one coherent learning journey.
- Contribute to the development of school- wide behavioral frameworks, standards, and
practices that promote consistency, dignity, and positive outcomes for all learners.
