Cross- functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Content, Livestream, and Marketing teams to develop creative concepts, livestream scripts, and campaign structures with consistent messaging.
Strategic Contribution: Proactively propose new collaboration ideas, KOL partnership models, and emerging trends to strengthen brand impact and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Market Research & Analysis: Research livestream trends in health/supplement industry, consumer behavior, and KOL content formats to develop effective and relevant booking strategies.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Work directly with KOLs/influencers and MCN agencies to negotiate booking fees, collaboration terms, and deliverables, ensuring mutual value and cost control.
Budget Management: Monitor, allocate, and optimize KOL booking budgets to prevent overspending and maximize overall campaign efficiency.
Campaign Coordination & Monitoring: Oversee livestream execution, support KOLs during live sessions, handle unexpected issues, and ensure compliance with agreed scripts, timelines, and performance commitments.
KOL / Influencer Sourcing & Network Expansion: Identify, build, and manage a diverse KOL/influencer pool (macro, micro, nano), while maintaining long- term and sustainable partnerships.
Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track and consolidate livestream performance metrics (reach, engagement, sales contribution), analyze ROI, and provide optimization recommendations for future campaigns.
KOL Booking & Campaign Planning: Plan and execute KOL booking strategies for livestream campaigns, including double- day promotions, major sales events, and new product launches, ensuring the right talent fit and budget efficiency.

Solid understanding of livestream platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, etc.) and user behavior on these platforms.
Possess an existing network of KOLs/influencers/streamers in the beauty/supplement industry is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Language: Fluent in English or Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Proactive, creative, responsible, and able to work well in a fast- paced, team- oriented environment
At least 1- 2 years of experience in KOL booking, influencer marketing, business development, or related roles; experience in beauty, wellness, dietary supplements, or FMCG is a strong plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem- solving skills, with the ability to handle real- time situations during campaigns.
Data- driven mindset, capable of analyzing influencer performance data and optimizing marketing strategies to improve ROI.
Good budget management skills and the ability to plan and execute campaigns efficiently.
