Branch Manager

Handle key customer accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor branch performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and international logistics standards.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to branch revenue and market expansion.
Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to achieve operational excellence and sales growth targets.
Oversee daily freight forwarding operations across sea, air, and inland transport.Manage and expand trucking and depot networks, maintaining strong vendor and partner relationships.
Build and maintain solid partnerships with shipping lines, transporters, and logistics service providers.
Develop new vendor options to enhance service quality and optimize logistics costs.
Prepare operational and financial performance reports for senior management.

Strong understanding of sea freight, air freight, and inland trucking operations in Vietnam.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal).
Prior experience handling Vietnam–India and Middle East trade routes is a strong advantage.
Strategic mindset with strong problem- solving and decision- making abilities.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics management, including leadership of branch or operations teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
