Drive projects end- to- end, from ideation through launch, with the independence and ownership of a pro (not the handholding needs of a newbie).
Partner with copywriters, strategists, and clients to turn sketchy concepts into polished, portfolio- worthy executions.

Outstanding communication and time management skills.
Over 3 years of design experience, preferably in an agency environment or a similar “high- speed creative hellscape.”
An “international- quality” portfolio that showcases diverse work, smart design thinking, and a taste level that won’t make clients scream “this looks like a stock template.”
Excellent skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Yes, the entire suite. Bonus points if you’re skilled in Figma, After Effects, or any other software that sounds intimidating to mere mortals.
A passion for pushing boundaries, questioning briefs, and turning the ordinary into the extraordinary.
Ability to handle feedback like a true professional, not like a whining toddler.
Photography or illustration skills
UI/UX experience
