Brand Manager

Manage cross- functional coordination and maintain effective working relationships with related departments.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Develop and execute marketing and promotion plans; forecast volume and value for assigned brands.
Monitor and analyze sell- in and sell- out performance to optimize brand programs and drive growth.
Work closely with Sales on merchandising, POSM, promotions, customer and e- commerce activities.
Track and control A&P budgets and principal claims within approved budgets.
Liaise with brand principals and suppliers to implement agreed activities and manage POSM production.
Support Line Manager in developing assigned brands and achieving annual targets.

Good command of English.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand or Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry, with GT experience and at least 2 year at the same position
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work effectively with cross- functional teams.
Creative mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Well- organized, detail- oriented, and numerically strong.
Proven team player with good coordination skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
