Brand Manager

· Manage brand building & development activities for La Vie&039;s products as assginment
· Check, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities after implementation
· Coordinate with Sales Department to periodically survey the market and report
· Contribute articles to the company&039;s Monthly Letter. Share newsletters for La Vie members, especially the Hotline room for each project to ensure that information sharing is done accurately and completely.
· Monitor and plan Marketing investment in accordance with regulations, timely and effectively.
· Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Production, Finance, Internal Audit, QA, Distribution, etc. to develop & deploy MKT products/activities to achieve goals and KPIs suggest.
· Lead market research and Brand measurement programs with related partners. Regularly check and analyze data about the market, brands, competitors and propose short- term and long- term plans
· Develop short- term (1- year) plan Marketing for the brand/catergory to achieve the company&039;s business goals. And participate in long- term strategy development
· Supervise the design and production to ensure that product packaging and POSM are made in as agreement, company and brand/catergory standards as well as ensure the production plan
· Lead or support manager to lead external partners to plan and execute ATL & BTL activities to achieve brand/industry goals and objectives
Other assignments by direct manager depends on business & brand needs

· Capacity to understand & reason with business & brand perspectives
· Computer: MS- Office knowledge
· Good English communication, interpersonal skills & project management skills
· Demonstrated ability to lead projects with multi- disciplinary teams.
· Minimum of 4- 5 years of experience in marketing: managing a brand (preferably in well- known MNC FMCGs) and leading the development & implementation of integrated campaigns
· High ownership & proactive in leading initiatives
· University Degree
· Experience in managing & launching innovation & renovation projects is a Plus
