Our client is one of a top- tier pharmaceutical company in the worldThe Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies for Oncology products, with a strong focus on launching new products and driving brand performance in alignment with company objectives and global strategy.Brand Strategy & ManagementDevelop and implement Brand and Launch Plans for new Oncology products.Build strategic marketing plans aligned with global and regional directions while adapting to local market dynamics.Manage the full product lifecycle: pre- launch, launch, post- launch, and maturity phases.Collaborate closely with Global/Regional Marketing to localize positioning, messaging, and campaign materials.Market Analysis & InsightsConduct market analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, competitor activities, and customer insights.Monitor brand performance and market trends to adjust marketing strategies as needed.Marketing ExecutionPlan and execute multi- channel marketing initiatives (medical congresses, webinars, detailing tools, digital campaigns, KOL engagement, etc.).Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure strong ROI across all brand activities.Work cross- functionally with Medical, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure seamless execution and alignment.Sales Support & TrainingPartner with Sales and Medical teams to train field force on product knowledge, key messages, and promotional strategy.Provide effective marketing tools and promotional materials to support sales performance.
