• Champion a culture of innovation within the organization, fostering creativity and collaboration across teams.
• Develop consumer- centric business cases for new product launches, ensuring financial viability and alignment with brand positioning.
• Effectively communicate marketing innovation strategies, project updates, and results to the leader team and key stakeholders within the organization.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing innovation strategies for Mondelez brands, aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors to leverage expertise and resources in driving marketing innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including R&D, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, to drive innovation from concept ideation to commercialization.
• Identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and market opportunities to generate innovative product concepts and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market performance, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
