Perform other tasks as assigned by management and participate in organizingbrand- related activities.
Establish and maintain relationships with partners and marketing service providers.
Organize and supervise communication campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital) to meetobjectives and KPIs.
Develop and implement short- term and mid- term Marketing & Sales strategies for thebrand.
Manage the Marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending and profit growth.
Manage the team, provide training, and coordinate with content production teams and KOLs/KOCs.
Create periodic brand development plans or plans for expansion into newmarkets/channels.
Monitor brand health metrics, analyze performance, and propose improvements.

Proficient in brand building, communications, and analyzing sales and market data.
At least 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager and managing a team of 6 or morepeople in a marketing agency.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Good English skills: able to read and understand specialized documents, work via email, and communicate with international partners.
Able to work closely with the sales, operations, and related departments.
Knowing how to play billiards is a plus, but what truly matters is understanding customers and the product.
Strong understanding of customer behavior, with analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
