Job Description
Consumer understanding
• Articulate a strong brand positioning and enhance customer experience by leveraging customer insights, market expertise, competitive landscape analysis, and a customer- focused approach.
Corporate Brand Strategies
• Build up brand strategies and brand positioning including the establishment of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value propositions for both short- term and long- term objectives
• Develop, manage and monitor all of brand marketing activities of Con Cung as a master brand, Including—but not limited to—advertising campaigns and new brand development initiatives.
Brand Management
• Propose, develop and implement tactical brand marketing programs to drive brand love and brand affinity
• Plan and execute all communications and media actions across all channels
• Follow up and analyze brand performance and propose suitable programs.
• Collaborate with Agencies and/or internal departments to develop TVCs, product packaging, POSM,and communication vehicles that fit with product key message
Budgeting
• Propose, manage and monitor budget for all brand marketing campaign, Including- but not limited to- advertising campaign, new product launching…
• Managing the budget for advertising and promotional programs
