Brand planning
• Support process of building brand positioning, and communication strategies for OEM/ODM services
• Coordinate with internal / external agencies and vendors to produce marketing collaterals, campaign assets, and sales support materials that align with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with Corporate Communications, PR, ESG team to maintain brand consistency and sustainability value across touchpoints
New Product Development:
• Collaborate with Sales team to understand client needs and assist in creating customized products/ insights presentation for B2B meeting.
• Support marketing manager in managing innovation: product specification, samples, and go- to- market plan.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Sales…) to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of product development initiatives
• Collaborate with designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders for leaflet & packaging design.
• Assist in monitoring market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to support product and marketing strategy
Brand activation, Digital Marketing & Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with Insight team for insightful information to develop sales material
• In collaboration with media partners to oversee the development and adaptation of creative content and digital assets for multi- channels (social media, website…).
• Assist MM in developing event concepts & activities. Work closely with trade team to execute trade fair/ activation/ field trips; gifts for customers…
Marketing Operations, Budget & Administrative Support
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of all marketing projects.
• Monitor and track marketing expenditures to ensure efficient budget utilization and accurate reporting.
• Support preparation of budgets, purchase requisitions, contracts, and payment processes in compliance with company policies.
• Perform other assignments as required to support Marketing Manager.
• Maintain organized records of brand assets, marketing materials, and performance reports.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or related field.
Experience:
• Experience in corporate communication, new product development for B2B, OEM/ODM, or F&B sectors.
• 3+ years marketing experience is required
Skills:
• Strong in creative briefing and judgment with attention to detail in visual and verbal branding.
• Good communication & presentation skills – both in Vietnamese and English
• Experience working with international clients is a plus
• Strong problem- solving abilities, project management and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret research data, market dynamics, and consumer trends
• Achievement driven personality with ability to work in conditions which include multiple priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints.
