Bridge Engineer/Project Manager BrSE, Japanese

Participate in training, mentoring, and supporting junior members.
Collaborate with managers to define goals, risks, and improvement actions.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and internal members effectively.
Build and manage project schedules to ensure work is delivered on time and meets expectations.
Understand, translate, and clarify customer requirements; create and maintain specifications in Japanese.
Review test cases, verify final deliverables, and ensure compliance with requirements.
Serve as a bridge between the Japanese clients and development teams in Vietnam.
Take initiative in coordinating tasks, resolving issues, and improving processes.
Support project estimation, project schedule, project costs, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client through clear communication patterns.
Manage team performance and progress — team size of 8+ members, lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the company&039;s objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
Excellent Japanese speaking and writing skills equivalent to N2 or above.
Good communication and leadership skills; able to build strong working relationships, can lead group discussions (public speaking), create teamwork orientated environment, etc.
Ability to write detailed design and technical documentation in Japanese.
Eager to develop into a Project Manager position and become a key member in project success.
Experience leading or managing team size of 8+ members is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum preferred).
Strong sense of ownership, problem- solving, and logical thinking.
Experience coordinating with Japanese clients or offshore teams.
From 4 years working in IT industry, including 2 years as a Bridge Software Engineer.

Proven experience in scope definition, project estimation, quality management, resource management and/or risk management.
Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management.
Candidates with project management experience or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, PMF, etc.) are highly welcomed.
