Buggy Driver

SCOPE OF WORK
Lái xe Buggy chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo dịch vụ đưa đón khách trong khuôn viên khu nghỉ dưỡng một cách an toàn, chuyên nghiệp và đúng tiêu chuẩn. Vị trí này góp phần quan trọng vào chất lượng trải nghiệm khách lưu trú, hỗ trợ hoạt động của Bộ phận Lễ tân và duy trì hình ảnh dịch vụ đẳng cấp 5 sao.
The Buggy Driver is responsible for providing professional guest transportation services, ensuring safe and efficient travel in accordance with standards. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting Front Office operations, and maintaining service quality aligned with a luxury hospitality environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Provide proactive guest assistance, including greeting guests, supporting luggage handling, and offering resort information when necessary/Chủ động hỗ trợ khách: chào đón, hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ hành lý và cung cấp thông tin cơ bản về khu nghỉ dưỡng khi cần thiết.
Maintain professional appearance, communication etiquette, and service behavior consistent with resort standards and brand identity/Duy trì tác phong chuyên nghiệp, hình ảnh phù hợp chuẩn mực dịch vụ cao cấp, tuân thủ quy định về đồng phục, giao tiếp và ứng xử.
Support guest movement during peak periods, large events, group arrivals/departures, and VIP itineraries as assigned by supervisors/Hỗ trợ điều phối luồng khách trong giờ cao điểm, các sự kiện, đoàn khách lớn và lịch trình VIP theo hướng dẫn của cấp trên.
Adhere strictly to internal driving protocols, traffic rules, and safety regulations to ensure guest and staff safety at all times/Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt quy định vận hành, an toàn giao thông và các quy chuẩn dịch vụ nội bộ.
Operate resort buggy vehicles to transport guests, luggage, and amenities across designated areas in a timely and courteous manner/Vận hành xe buggy đưa đón khách, hành lý và các tiện ích theo đúng lộ trình được phân công; bảo đảm tính chính xác, an toàn và lịch sự.
Ensure all assigned vehicles are clean, fueled/charged, fully operational, and compliant with safety and maintenance guidelines; report defects promptly/Duy trì tình trạng xe đạt chuẩn trước ca làm việc, vệ sinh, sạc nhiên liệu, kiểm tra kỹ thuật; báo cáo kịp thời sự cố hoặc hư hỏng.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated ability to remain calm and service- focused in high- demand situations/Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca, bao gồm cuối tuần và ngày lễ; chịu được áp lực công việc trong các thời điểm đông khách.
High sense of responsibility, guest service mindset, teamwork attitude, and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays/Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, thái độ chuyên nghiệp, định hướng phục vụ khách hàng và khả năng làm việc nhóm tốt.
Previous experience in guest services, hotel operations, or professional driving is preferred/Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm lái xe, dịch vụ khách hàng hoặc làm việc trong môi trường khách sạn/khu nghỉ dưỡng.
Good physical condition to support luggage handling and outdoor working conditions/Sức khỏe tốt, có khả năng làm việc ngoài trời và hỗ trợ hành lý.
Basic English communication skills for guest interaction; multilingual ability is an advantage/Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản; biết thêm ngôn ngữ khác là một lợi thế.
