Business Analyst

Data management & lead allocation

Collect, standardize leads from digital/performance/livestream .. and clean it before distribution.
Follow pending leads, leads which have not been distributed
Manage leads: clean, missing fields, invalid entries, inconsistent data formatting.
Handle all duplicate lead cases or disputes between teams
Monitor lead backlog and processing time and coordinate directly with Sales team

Coordination with Marketing

Recommend improvements for livestream scripts, contents, and audience targeting.
After each livestream/digital campaign, consolidates sales feedback and analyses audience fit.
Collaborate with Livestream and Digital teams to understand campaign goals, product details, target audience and expected leads

Sales Coordination & Product training

Provide quick product training to ensure Sales is fully equipped to convert leads.
Resolve operations issues between Sales and MKT to ensure smooth handoff and minimize lead loss.
Brief Sales team prior to livestream/digital campaign to understand the product info, promotions, key messages, USP

Reporting & Process control

Manage lead data, ensure the transparency and fairness.
Report directly to CEO

Highly structured, disciplined and capable of independent problem- solving
Good communication and cross- functional coordination skills
From 2- 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Operations or CRM roles.
Can speak English
Proven experience in data cleaning, data structuring, and duplicate resolution
Understanding of digital MKT and livestream operations is a strong advantage
Experience in internal training or document setting is a plus.
Have experience in CRM platform

Salary range: 15- 25 mil VND/month depending on capability and experience
Meal allowance and monthly parking fee
