Business Analyst

Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Conduct requirement workshops and presentations to validate and refine business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, document, and prioritize business requirements for payment- related initiatives.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
File Mapping & Technical Collaboration
Create comprehensive mapping documents outlining how each source field converts to its target format.
Work closely with development teams to design and implement file conversion requirements based on detailed mapping specifications.
Coordinate seamlessly with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Verify that delivered solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, validating test results, and ensuring timely resolution of defects.
Stakeholder Management
Promote a collaborative, knowledge- sharing, and inclusive team environment.
Build and maintain strong, trust- based relationships with key stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and third- party partners.

In- depth knowledge of cash management and APAC payment ecosystems, including various digital payment mechanisms.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem solving capabilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross- functional teams.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the payment banking domain.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and process modelling software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Familiarity with high volume or mission critical financial platforms.
Deep understanding of SWIFT payment systems.
Knowledge of supply chain finance and corporate banking processes.
Experience working on regional or global payment transformation projects.
Experience with Boomi Integrations.
