JOB
PURPOSES:

Serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Translates business needs into actionable backlog items.
Ensures solutions deliver tangible benefits to end- users and the organization.
Acts as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
Owns and drives the delivery of digital/technology products.
Prioritizes features to maximize business and user value.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Stakeholder Management: Align expectations, manage priorities, and ensure transparent communication.
Value Measurement: Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Delivery Support: Work closely with engineers and designers during sprints to remove blockers and ensure on- time delivery.
Backlog Ownership: Create, prioritize, and refine product backlog based on business value and user needs.
Requirement Definition: Translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Change & Adoption: Support roll- out, user adoption, and ensure solutions deliver tangible business impact.

Yêu cầu công việc

Leadership Competencies: Information security; Leadership Presence; Visionary Leadership; Empowerment
4 years of working experience with 1- 2+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role (must have)
Functional competencies: Software Engineering Practices; Programming & Scripting; Machine Learning Fundamentals; Data Handling & Preprocessing; Problem- Solving & Analytical Thinking
General Competencies: Product/ Solutions Knowledge; Client Management; Project Management; Operation Management; Problem Solving & Decision Making; HRM Overview Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree with major in IT field
Growth Mindset & One- Team mindset
G- local Competencies: Business Knowledge, Insights, Strategies and Solutions; Industry knowledge; English (CEFR Global Scale)
