Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you are in charge of straddling the line between IT development teams and the business to help bridge the gap and improve efficiency on supporting our products and services in the entertainment industry for a massive traffic of users in APAC market.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish initiatives and strategies to address business, information, and technologies- related requests.
• Planning and monitoring.
• Creating process models that support business decisions by working closely with back- office reporting and IT teams.
•Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, solutions, defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
• Support businesses in improving processes, products, services and software.
• Budgeting, forecasting, pricing, optimizing costs.
• Variance analysis and reporting.

• Critical thinking ability and strong problem- solving capacity.
• Understanding of networks, databases and other technology
• Interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Being detail- oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy • Organizational skills, Requirements engineering, Stakeholder analysis, Knowledge of business structure
• Fast learner, a self- initiated and pro- active team player who can work with minimal supervision.
• 3years of experience working as Business Analyst in IT Outsourcing Company (prefer in Game Industry).
• Analytical thinking and problem solving, able to think in a systematic manner.
• Facilitation skills, familiar with and possess hands- on experience in writing Software Development Requirement Document as well as Functional Specification document.
• Adapt to high pressure at work.
• Cost- benefit analysis
• Processes modeling
• Can work well both independently and in a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
PREFER IF CANDIDATE HAVE
• Open- minded to learn new technologies as business demands, and be ready to cope with technological challenges to solve the work effectively.
• Understand the operation and development processes of the game industry
• Experience working in the Game Industry especially with Back- office related positions.
