Business Analyst

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail- oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.
Responsibility:

Dedicate time to generating new business, pitching clients, and running projects
Coordinating UAT and supporting production implementation
Working onsite at client offices 2–3 days per week
Liaising with internal team members, clients, and stakeholders
Writing BRDs, FSDs
Defining and finalizing business requirements and reporting them back to PO, PM, stakeholders
Supporting PO, PM in prioritizing requirements by assessing and documenting their impact
Contributing to a data- driven culture

Must have
Requirement

Stakeholder Management: Skilled in gathering critical information from stakeholders and producing useful documentation.
Core Skills: Strong analytical and functional skills, good knowledge of databases and data processing.
Education: Degree in Information Technology (MIS) or similar. Candidates with an Economics or Business degree must demonstrate a strong understanding of IT.
Leadership & Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, demonstrated experience in leading the day- to- day work of a small team, excellent communication skills, and a detail- oriented, teamwork spirit.
Language: Good command of English (written and oral).
Experience: 2–3 years of proven Business Analyst experience. (Experience in Software, Banking, Finance, or Data domains is a plus; open to strong candidates with a willingness to learn new domains.)
Data Passion: A genuine love of data (e.g., you run SELECT COUNT(SHEEP) FROM BACKYARD during your sleep!).
Requirements Management: Ability to translate high- level requirements into detailed documentation and envision end- to- end business processes with strong attention to detail.
Process Analysis: Ability to analyze how process design changes impact people, processes, organizations, and technology.

Nice to have

Data- driven knowledge/mindset.
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) knowledge
IT product and public cloud computing knowledge.
Team management skills.
