Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze Business Needs: Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and make data- driven recommendations.
Process Documentation: Document business processes, workflows, and requirements to facilitate clear communication and understanding across teams.
Facilitate Workshops: Lead workshops and meetings to discuss requirements, brainstorm solutions, and resolve conflicts.
Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
Support Project Alignment: Work closely with project teams to ensure that all initiatives align with the organization&039;s strategic goals and objectives.
Create and Maintain Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and use cases.
