Business Analyst (AI Lab)

Project & Requirement Analysis

Participate in multiple AI- related projects as the Business Analyst, ensuring end- to- end requirement alignment.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders; understand, negotiate, and manage expectations across diverse business units.
Conduct project- level analysis and develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, system requirements, scope definitions, use cases, sequence diagrams, and future- state proposals.
Act as a consultant to help customers identify and design high- value use cases leveraging AI technologies across various industries.

Product & Delivery Collaboration

Identify proactive and reactive improvement opportunities to optimize product performance and workflow efficiency.
Recommend strategies to increase solution adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall value delivered.
Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
Provide guidance to QA/testers throughout the testing cycle to ensure proper validation of functional and business requirements.

Project Coordination

Monitor milestone delivery, manage dependencies, and report risks or issues that may impact the project timeline.
Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, define specifications, estimate effort and resources, and track progress.
Coordinate cross- functional teams to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth execution across all project phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology or AI- driven projects.

Skills & Competencies

High commitment to product quality and attention to detail.
Confident in presenting ideas, solutions, and product concepts to both internal and external audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio); experience with Power BI is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and lead discussions.
Fast learner with a strong desire to explore and apply new technologies.
Strong analytical, problem- solving, communication, and time- management skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on AI projects (AI Vision, NLP, OCR/IDP, Machine Learning applications).
Good command of English (written and verbal).
Experience collaborating with large enterprises, especially in Banking, Finance, Securities, or Insurance (BFSI) sectors.
