Business Analyst (BA)

Participate in UAT and ensure delivered features meet business requirements
Analyze impact and manage requirement changes during development
Explain and clarify requirements to the development team during implementation
Support QA in defining test cases and validating business logic
Work closely with Developers, QA, and Product Owner throughout the development lifecycle
Translate business needs into: User Stories / Use Cases, BRD/FRD/SRS, Business flow diagrams, simple wireframes (if needed)
Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders (Operations, Sales, Customers)

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech/software company
Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving skills
Business English
Have a personal laptop
Experience working with complex business systems
Good communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Basic knowledge of SQL or understanding of API is a plus
Knowledge of systems such as: Order Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Inventory, SKU, Combo products
Experience in Logistics / E- commerce / Supply Chain
