Business Analyst (Banking, Securities)

• Collaborate closely with SA, PM, and Developers to propose appropriate solutions.
• Verify and obtain UAT sign- off from clients.
• Author key project documents, including BRD, FSD, SRS, and User Stories.
• Conduct workshops with clients to perform deep- dive business analysis.
• Support SIT/UAT processes and develop business test cases.
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
• Manage product backlogs and handle Change Requests (CR).
• Act as a bridge between the client&039;s business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Gather, analyze, and transform business requirements into functional documentation.
• Define business rules and validation logic.

• Proven presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Understand about project management with Waterfall, Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, APIs, and data flows.
• Expertise in authoring BRD, FSD, and SRS documents.
• Ability to model processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML (Unified Modeling Language).
• Prior experience as a BA within the Banking or Securities industry is a major advantage.
• Proficient in change management and expectation management.
• Proficient in English across all 4 skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong logical analysis and analytical thinking.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in related disciplines.
• Deep understanding of at least one BFSI domain: Lending, Digital Banking, eKYC, Trading, Settlement, etc.
