Business Analyst & Technology Support

Innovation & Continuous Improvement+ Contribute to ideation and innovation initiatives within the AI Center, identifying opportunities where AI and Cloud technologies can create business value.+ Monitor technology trends, competitors, and market developments related to AI and digital transformation.+ Support proof- of- concept (PoC) activities and help evaluate feasibility from a business and operational perspective.
Stakeholder & Change Support+ Support stakeholder communication and change management activities related to AI adoption.+ Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics for AI projects.+ Ensure alignment with internal governance, compliance, and delivery standards.
Business Analysis & Requirement Management+ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI and cloud- based solutions.+ Translate business goals into functional and non- functional requirements for engineering and AI teams.+ Support use case definition, value assessment, and ROI analysis for AI initiatives.
Technology & Project Support+ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, AI engineers, cloud architects, and project managers.+ Support project planning, milestone tracking, and reporting for AI- related programs.+ Assist in preparing solution documentation, proposals, presentations, and executive reports.

Familiarity with software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and problem- solving capabilities.
Basic understanding of AI, data analytics, and cloud computing concepts (hands- on technical skills are a plus but not mandatory).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ambitious and self- driven, with a strong desire to grow in a fast- paced, high- impact environment.
Structured thinking and ability to document processes, requirements, and workflows clearly
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving contexts.
2–5 years of experience working in an IT software or technology services company, experience in business analysis, technology support, or project coordination roles.
Innovative mindset with curiosity about emerging technologies, especially AI and Cloud.
Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Confluence, Jira, PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
