Business Analyst (Tiếng Nhật) - Upto 50M Gross (Nam Từ Liêm , Hà Nội)

Work directly with Japanese clients: communicate, negotiate, gather and analyze software project requirements, and convey them to the team in Vietnam.
Participate in an outsourced project for a Japanese client.
Act as a bridge between the Japanese client and the offshore project team in Vietnam.
Prepare project documentation (The project domain is Insurance).
Plan, track progress, manage the team, and handle related tasks.

Knowledge of enterprise applications such as CRM, Salesforce, and MES is a plus.
Experience in Agile methodologies and working with Azure DevOps for sprint tracking.
Familiarity with security standards (OWASP, ISO, IEC) and data protection best practices.
Strong experience in business analysis for SaaS- based IoT/IIoT platforms.
Experience using Figma for UI/UX analysis and wireframing.
Proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of front- end/backend integration.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Must be able to speak Japanese language

■SALARY: Upto 50M gross
■WORKING TIME: 8:00 – 17:00 Monday- Friday
