Overview
We are looking for a Monetization / Business Development Intern to join our team and support the optimization of in- game revenue and business operations.
This internship will provide you with the opportunity to gain practical experience in the game industry, understand monetization systems, and learn how to analyze business performance.
Key Responsibilities

Research monetization models, industry trends, and competitors to identify new revenue opportunities.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance player experience while increasing game revenue.
Participate in analyzing and optimizing in- game advertising performance to improve monetization results.
Collect, process, and interpret performance data to provide insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to test and evaluate new monetization strategies or features.
Work with partners to manage and monitor advertising campaigns or business initiatives.

Requirements

Good English communication skills.
Final- year student or fresh graduate majoring in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
Responsible, eager to learn, and proactive in completing tasks.
Strong interest in mobile games, digital marketing, or business development.
Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of data tools is a plus.
