Business Development Intern

Business Development (New Clients)

Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts
Approach potential clients and present suitable digital and e- commerce solution
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the e- commerce and digital commerce market
Meet individual revenue goals and sales KPIs

Account Management (Existing Clients)

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Analyze client needs and business goals to provide effective solutions
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross- selling to grow account value
Work closely with internal teams (Performance, Content, Operations, Creative, Tech) to ensure project success
Oversee project progress, timelines, and service quality

Client Relationship & Retention

Gather client feedback to support continuous service improvement
Develop and maintain long- term relationships with clients
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Reporting & Internal Coordination

Participate in training programs to enhance sales and professional skills
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Manage and update sales pipelines, client data, and revenue information in CRM systems
Report directly to the Sales Manager and handle other assigned responsibilities
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and account performance reports

Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation skills, quick learning ability, and passion for technology.
Hardworking, detail- oriented and responsible in work
Basic understanding of business development
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing,

Working time: Monday – Friday ; from 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Working with a dynamic environment, professional clients
Salary: 3 million- 6 million
