RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assume the role of an account manager in the onboarding process, ensuring client satisfaction through timely support and follow- ups.
Conduct sourcing activities to identify potential clients and actively contribute to building a comprehensive client database.
Finding Korean customers who want to use IT Outsourcing & Software Development services
Provide support in the preparation of sales kits and materials.
For ambitious individuals eager to self- challenge, the scope of work can be extended to include:
Proactively reach out to new clients to introduce our services.
Conduct pitching meetings with potential clients for partnership establishment.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
1+ years of experience in business development.
Undergraduate or recent graduate in business or economics.
Possess a data- oriented and customer- centric mindset.
Professional proficiency in spoken and written Korea (Korean language certificate equivalent to TOPIK 5 or higher)
Eager- to- learn, resilient, and challenge- oriented individual.
