Position: Business Development Sales (Outsourcing)Location: Di An, Binh DuongWorking Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Monday- Friday)Position Type: Full- timeSalary: NegotiableAvailable client database provided!JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Sales professional specializing in Software Outsourcing services. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, closing deals, and expanding our presence in the Vietnamese and international markets.You will be provided with an available client database, giving you a strong foundation to accelerate your sales activities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESActively hunt for and approach potential clients in the Software Outsourcing sector.Manage existing client accounts and leverage them to generate new business opportunities.Propose tailored solutions, prepare quotations, and successfully close deals.Prepare bidding documents, project contracts (MAS, SLA), and project acceptance documents.Build strong, long- term client relationships and act as a strategic advisor.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Solutions, Delivery) to ensure smooth project execution.Keep up- to- date with market trends, competitors, and industry movements to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Yêu cầu công việc
Familiarity with industries such as Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Security, and HRM is preferred.
Skilled in preparing bidding documents, quotations, software project contracts (MAS, SLA), and acceptance documents.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
At Least 3 years of experience in Business Development within the Software Outsourcing field.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals, particularly with foreign clients.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to provide client- focused solutions.
Experience working in large domestic or multinational IT companies, especially in B2B markets, with direct experience working with foreign clients.
