As a Business Development Representative at Ly Gia Vien, you are the frontline of our consultative sales process. Assigned to a specific industry vertical (e.g., upscale hotels, culinary schools, confectionery chains), you will engage qualified leads passed from the Lead Engagement Specialist (LES), understand client needs, and close deals through tailored equipment, service, and menu solutions. Your success directly drives revenue and pipeline growth for the company.
Consultative Sales & Solutioning
Propose tailored solutions including culinary equipment, training, menu development, and support services.
Manage the full pre- sale cycle from consultation to closing.
Deliver virtual or on- site product demonstrations in collaboration with Product Specialists.
Conduct discovery calls with leads qualified by the LES to identify operational pain points and growth opportunities.
Industry- Aligned Sales Execution
Build strong relationships with decision- makers and influencers in assigned segments.
Specialize in a designated vertical under the guidance of your BDM (e.g., restaurants, hotels, education, manufacturing).
Stay informed about vertical- specific trends and buying behavior to refine outreach and messaging.
Pipeline & CRM Management:
Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, deal stages, and forecast data using Salesforce.
Collaborate with the LES to provide feedback on lead quality and ideal customer profiles.
Ensure timely follow- up and communication with all prospects in your pipeline.
Cross- Team Coordination:
Coordinate with Product Specialists for complex equipment or technical inquiries.
Align with AEs and BDMs for larger strategic opportunities or upsell pathways.
Work closely with CSRs to ensure a seamless post- sale transition and client onboarding.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proven 2- 3 years of experience in B2B consultative sales, or Customer- facing roles.
Understanding of or interest in the culinary, hospitality, or foodservice equipment sector.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and relationship- building skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
