We are currently recruiting for the position of Business Development & Sales Manager to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales & Marketing Management
• Regularly update market and pricing information; participate in market research, analysis, and propose market entry and expansion plans.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Monitor sales performance and propose initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Department at the head office to implement business and marketing activities such as trade fairs, workshops, customer conferences, product launches, digital marketing, etc.
• Directly handle sales and services for Key Accounts; maintain strong relationships with decision makers of major clients/MNCs.
• Be responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
Customer Service
• Supervise the field service team’s activities to ensure service quality and timely support.
• Implement customer service strategy and translate annual plans into monthly/weekly action plans.
• Facilitate communication and reporting between customers, internal teams, and overseas suppliers/experts when required.
• Train and develop the service team to meet international service standards.
Team Management
• Supervise daily work, provide guidance, and support the team to achieve targets; conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Build a dynamic, disciplined, and highly engaged team environment.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training sales/service staff as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Psychology, or other related fields.
• Proficient in computer skills, reporting, and modern management tools.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management, Business Development, or Marketing.
• Experience working in a professional environment and/or serving foreign clients; preferred backgrounds include Industrial Sales, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Machinery, Chemicals, Technology- based products.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written).
