Customer Communication & Negotiation
Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication.
Participate in negotiations on pricing, terms, and project timelines.
Act as the primary contact for Chinese/English- speaking clients and partners.
Business Development & Market Exploration
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.
Cross- functional Coordination
Follow up on project progress and collect feedback to support improvements.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations to execute client requirements.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Tools
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on client activities and business progress.
Yêu cầu công việc
Language
Fluent Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) — required
English at a conversational level is a plus
Experience
2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related roles
Experience working with Chinese/Taiwanese clients is highly preferred
Skills & Mindset
Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
Good problem- solving skills and team coordination
Proactive, fast learner, and strong sense of ownership
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
