Consultants collaborate with clients to understand their business problem, analyze their current business processes, understand the clients’ success criteria, translate that into requirements, and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients’ goals.
A Client Consultant should have a good understanding of best practices, can execute on tasks with limited supervision from others. Individuals will create intermediate level insight and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the analytics team members and begin to lead the client service efforts with intermediate complexity.
Client Consultants play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, by way of their deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system, technology, analysis and communication skills.
Key Contributions
Perform the following responsibilities at an Intermediate Skill Level:
▪ Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all clients.
▪ Recommendations on process and product improvements to create efficiencies and mitigate risk.
▪ Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines.
▪ Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow- up tasks.
▪ Respond to client inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and online in a timely fashion.
▪ Attend and/or lead client service reviews.
▪ Routinely contribute ideas for improving the team efficiency or service provided.
▪ Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined in the SLA.
▪ Attend and/or lead scheduled conference calls with the client(s) to review day- to- day service and operational matters.
▪ Maintenance of internal standard operating procedures and process documentation.
▪ Support project work related to back- office environment or client requests (as and when required)
▪ Perform research to answer client inquiries and requests

Technical Skills:
▪ SQLClassification Approved Outside Entities
▪ CFA, CIPM, ITIL or FRM is advantageous

Role Requirements Education:
▪ A Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the role
