Business Vice Manager Footwear

We are seeking an experienced and results- driven Business Vice Manager to oversee brand business operations Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end- to- end order process, maintaining strong client relationships, driving order growth, and supporting production and cost control initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, solid footwear industry experience preferred, and a proactive approach to business management and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:• Brand Business Management Oversee brand- specific business operations, managing the complete order cycle from receipt to shipment, ensuring timelines and targets are met. • Client Relationship & Order Growth Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Regularly monitor payment status and implement strategies to enhance customer order rates. • Production Support & Risk Management Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency, conduct risk assessments, and assist in cost control measures. • Cross- functional Coordination Work closely with planning, logistics, and production departments to ensure smooth order execution and timely issue resolution. • Performance & Business Analysis Analyze business data, track key performance indicators, and provide insights to optimize order planning and business growth. • Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor the business team, fostering a collaborative environment and developing talent to support departmental goals. • Compliance & Process Improvement Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and client requirements. Continuously improve workflows and documentation related to order management.
