Butler

- Have technical knowledge of all spirits and specialty foods in stock.
- Make sure the living room is always clean and tidy when necessary.
- Meet customers when they arrive and help them check in, guiding customers to their rooms.
- See customers off in the professional manner required of a butler.
- Propose and arrange services in the hotel to create the most comfort for customers when staying here.
- Serve meals and maps to customers, assist customers as soon as they need service.
- Search and analyze customer needs by understanding their likes, application translations, dislikes,...
- Perform other tasks as directed by the FOM
- Pick up and drop off guests upon request
- Stay up to date on all hotel policies regarding safety and hygiene.
- Liaise with the housekeeping department to ensure rooms are cleaned as conveniently as possible for guests.
- Evaluate and replenish wine and spirit collections as needed to suit customer needs.

Knowledge of the hotel industry is an advantage
Graduated Hospitality Degree
Fluently in English language
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position or related are preferred
