Buyer/Procurement Specialist (Vitamin/Health&Beauty)

New Product Development

Work with Brand team to align on product requirements.
Review formulation & stability reports (VMS).
Manage contracts and related documents.
Coordinate with QA/RA for product testing and registration.
Act as the main contact between RA–QA and suppliers to ensure product quality.
Negotiate commercial terms (price, MOQ, payment terms, lead time...).
Identify & evaluate suppliers, request quotations and samples.
Track product development timeline from concept to launch.

Existing Product Management

Monitor stock and orders to avoid OOS.
Work with Demand Planning to push suppliers for on- time delivery.
Optimize supplier base (pricing, quality, capability, risk).
Coordinate with import vendors to improve lead time & supply continuity.
Support admin team with data checks and monthly stock reports.
Solve issues related to discontinued packaging or slow- moving stock.

Willing to travel within Vietnam.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Pharmacist, or similar.
Proactive and detail- oriented.
2–5 years of commercial/sourcing experience in Pharmacy/Retail/FMCG
Excellent English for working with international suppliers.
Able to manage multiple projects and work well with cross- functional teams.
Strong problem- solving, communication, and leadership skills.
