Key Responsibilities
C&B Operations
HR System Management: Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of HR data and reports; ensure efficient operation of the HR system.
Payroll, Bonus, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax: Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll, bonuses, social insurance, and personal income tax processes.
Salary, Bonus, and Benefits Policy: Develop and implement salary, bonus, and benefits policies aligned with the company&039;s development strategy, ensuring internal fairness and market competitiveness.
Employee Development Policy: Implement employee development policies, including transfers and promotions.
HR Business Partner Operations
Ensure HR operations within the assigned company.
Implement HR services within the assigned company, including:
Handling violations, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company regulations and labor laws.
Creating foundational HR documents, defining roles and responsibilities, and structuring the organization.
Setting and evaluating job objectives for the company, departments, and employees.
Developing HR processes, regulations, and guidelines.
Supporting and guiding employees on HR policies and processes, resolving labor relations issues.
Other Tasks
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence others.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience in managing HR operations in large- scale corporations, preferably in the technology sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices.
Adaptability and ability to respond well to changes.
Excellent project management skills.
