C++/C# Developer - GIS Application (Remote)

We are looking for talented C++/C developers to join our dynamic team in Vietnam. If you have experience with C++/C programming with GIS applications, we want to hear from you. Excellent communication in English is a must.
Responsibilities:

Front- End Development:
Ensure the UI is responsive, user- friendly, and adheres to design specifications.
Design and develop user interfaces using WPF (for C).
Back- End Development:
Ensure robust, scalable, and secure application architecture.
Develop back- end logic and integrate with front- end components.
Application Development:
Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C++ or C.
Debug, test, and fix issues in the application codebase.
Collaboration and Communication:
Document development processes, code changes, and other relevant information.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand- up meetings, and retrospectives.
Work closely with other developers, designers to gather and understand requirements.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in software engineering with desktop applications, including 2+ years in GIS domain.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Fluency in English is a must.
Proficiency in C++ or C programming
Information storage and retrieval solutions
Storage formats, not limited to relational databases
Familiarity with version control systems and development tools, including Git and Azure Devops.
Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object- oriented programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D geometric data and processing
Automatic data transformation / interop
CAD and/or GIS software
Knowledge of Qt, MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) or WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)

Working directly with Canadian developers using modern technologies
