CAD Manager (Garment)

Our client is a foreign- invested manufacturing company, now looking for an CAD Manager (Garment, 2000 USD, ID- 18174):Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 10 staff members, including pattern makers, sample developers, and technical improvement specialists.Oversee the creation, adjustment, and approval of patterns to meet customer specifications and production feasibility.Ensure timely and accurate execution of samples and technical packages for export orders.UtilizeOptitexandClo3Dsoftware to develop digital patterns and 3D garment simulations.Collaborate closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to optimize product development and improve workflow.Maintain high standards of quality, fit, and compliance with U.S. market requirements.Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for CAD team members.Report regularly to senior management on departmental performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or related fields.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid experience working withU.S. export orders, including understanding of technical standards and customer expectations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
Proficient in Optitex and Clo3Dsoftware (mandatory).
Fluent in Englishacross all four skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Minimum5 years of experiencein a similar managerial role within garment manufacturing companies focused onknitwear for export.
