[Cambodia] Air Cargo Sales Supervisor

(This position will work for Air Cargo sector- GSA/GSSA for many Airlines at Cambodia Market)

Manage to minimize storage charges.
Other tasks assigned by Regional manager.
Make relationship with Airlines Principle, Customers, Partners, related Service providers.
Set up SOP – monitoring – Measuring (by quantitative & qualitative) and proper involvement.
Set a plan to develop sales, monitor performance… to hit the target.
Make proper payment request in timely manner.
Coordinate with (a) HDQ Business Development and (b) Product Development Manager to (enlarge business scope for existing airlines products AND develop new airlines products.
Control all expenses within budget.
Ensure smooth communication, interaction with Customers, Airlines Principle and related service providers. Proper mix of communication by meeting, phone and email.
Deployment and monitoring the compliance towards Policies of Airlines Principles, IATA, Laws, ITL.
Manage over payment without bad debt.
Proper dealing with customers in terms of irregularities.
With guidance and instruction from Regional Manager, set Budget for respective Airlines Unit for PNH station.
Co- operate with Regional manager to enhance ITL DNA for local staffs.
Market intelligence, analysis .. served for Business Plan.

Working location:
ITL Aviation Services Cambodia
Techo International airport: Taprum Village, Boeng Khyang Commune, Kandal Stung District, Kandal Province, Cambodia.

Basic view on Air Cargo.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Understanding on economy, culture, history, people in Cambodia
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Priority for candidates have IATA Certificates.
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade or College of Foreign Trade Economic.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Having 5- 7 years of experience working in the Air Cargo Industry, including at least 3 years in a supervision position.
Good in English.
Basic understanding on matters relating to Accounting, Legal, Compliance, … in order to coordinate with Regional manager in working with Back office.
